Airfryer Salmon Skewers

Super easy and quick salmon skewers that will be your new favourite weeknight meal on rotation. Just look at how glossy and tender those salmon bites came out. Perfect with rice or noodles, and of course finished with a side of veg

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets,
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp mirin, or honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small red chilli

Optional broccoli side:

  • tenderstem broccoli roughly rubbed in a little salt and sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon in the sauces for 10 minutes.
  2. If using broccoli, also marinate the broccoli in some salt and a drizzle of sesame oil.
  3. Make skewers with some bamboo skewers soaked in water. Lay them flat on tray and cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes, along with the broccoli on a separate tray.
  4. Option to reduce the marinade sauce into a drizzle for later on.
  5. Serve piping hot with some steamed rice and enjoy.
