Cooking with Gochujang

That red tub of Korean gochujang paste you bought a while back for a specific recipe, perhaps it was for kimchi fried rice. It’s been sitting at the back of your cupboard ever since because aside from that one time you used it, you wonder what else you can do with it.

I got you. Here are some of my favourite recipes using this essential Korean cooking ingredient. This fermented red chilli paste is savoury, sweet and spicy all at the same time. For me, it is an umami bomb, and I love adding it to dishes to level up the flavours.
